How does the AI document scanning work?
On the New tab, choose Scan Document and take a photo of your load closeout sheet. The AI reads the document and automatically extracts the Total Souls On Board (TSOB) count, then calculates the passenger number by subtracting 2 for the pilot and co-pilot. Just review the numbers and save.
Can I import flights I've already logged elsewhere?
Yes! On the Flights tab, tap the import button and upload a CSV or Excel spreadsheet with your flight history. The app will read your file and let you review the entries before adding them all at once. Your spreadsheet should include columns like date, flight number, origin, destination, aircraft type, and passenger count.
How do I sync Cabin Count across my devices?
Your data syncs to the cloud automatically whenever you log a flight. Just sign in with the same email and PIN on any device and all your flights, milestones, and journal entries will be there. No manual syncing needed.
I forgot my PIN. How do I recover my account?
When you created your account, you received an 8-character recovery code. On the login screen, tap Forgot PIN? and enter your email along with that recovery code to set a new PIN. Keep your recovery code somewhere safe — it's your backup key to your account.
How do I export my flight data?
On the Flights tab, tap the export/download button. Your flight log will be exported as a CSV file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app. The export includes all your flight details — dates, routes, aircraft types, and passenger counts.
Why isn't my document scan reading correctly?
For best results: make sure the document is well-lit and flat, hold your phone steady, and ensure all text is within the frame. The AI works best with standard load closeout sheets. If the scan misreads a number, you can always edit the entry manually before saving. Blurry or angled photos may reduce accuracy.
Are my milestones and journal entries backed up?
Yes. All your data — flights, milestones, journal reflections, aircraft badges, and crew connections — is stored securely on our servers. As long as you can log in, your data is safe and accessible from any device.
How do I delete my account and data?
